Eolanda’s practice area includes civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, probate law and employment law.
EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS
She has advised companies in various areas of civil and commercial disputes ranging from contractual disputes, regulatory and statutory compliance matters, passing off, shareholders disputes, judicial reviews, defamation and professional negligence claims.
She has also been involved in the preparation of the written representation, and participated in the oral representation pursuant to a proposed decision issued by the Malaysia Competition Commission, finding a company to be in infringement of Section 10 of the Competition Act 2010.
Eolanda has independently conducted hearings and trials at the Industrial courts, subordinate courts and high courts.
She has also appeared as junior counsel in the Appellate Courts.
Eolanda graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2010. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2011.
