We advise clients on setting up cross-border and domestic joint ventures. This includes advising on cross-border investments, particularly on issues relating to corporate structures, equity participation and prevailing laws and policies.
Private Equity and Venture Capital
Structure and establishment of funds in Malaysia, Labuan and other tax friendly foreign jurisdictions. Our role also often extends to advising on the management and exit mechanisms for investors.
